Wallet & Payment

Each account has a wallet used to:

  • Pay for proxy orders
  • Automatically renew subscriptions (auto-renew)
  • Receive refunds when orders fail

Your wallet balance is displayed at:

  • Header of the Console (always visible)
  • Dashboard — overview page
  • Wallet — detailed wallet page
  1. Click the wallet icon in the header or go to the Wallet menu
  2. Click Top Up

Enter the amount you want to add (USD).

Available payment methods depend on your reseller’s configuration. They may include:

  1. You will be redirected to the payment gateway page
  2. Complete the payment following the instructions
  3. You will be automatically redirected back to Console
  4. Your wallet balance will be credited (usually within seconds to a few minutes)

Some payment gateways (especially Cryptomus) support payment via QR Code:

  1. Select the payment method
  2. The system displays a QR code
  3. Scan the QR code with your crypto wallet or banking app
  4. Confirm the payment

The Wallet page displays the history of all wallet transactions:

Funds are automatically refunded to your wallet in the following cases:

  • Failed order: 100% of the order value is refunded
  • Partial order: Refund for the portion of proxies that were not provisioned
  • Subscription cancellation: No refund (proxy remains active until expiration)
