Introduction to NetProxy
What is NetProxy?
Section titled “What is NetProxy?”NetProxy is a proxy business platform built on a reseller model. The system allows resellers to build their own proxy brand, deploy a website under their own domain, and sell proxies to end users — all powered by a single backend API.
Business Model
Section titled “Business Model”The system operates on a three-tier hierarchy:
NetProxy → Reseller → User (End User)- NetProxy provides the proxy infrastructure, service plans, base pricing, and the entire backend system.
- Reseller purchases proxies at the base price, sets a price multiplier to generate profit, and resells to end users under their own brand.
- User (End User) registers on the reseller’s website, purchases proxies, and manages subscriptions.
Pricing Model
Section titled “Pricing Model”The price displayed to end users is calculated using the following formula:
Display Price = Base Price × Multiplier (set by Reseller)Example: If the base price is $2.00 and the reseller sets a multiplier of 1.5, the end user sees a price of $3.00. The $1.00 difference is the reseller’s profit.
