Access
Section titled “Access”Go to the Account page on the Console menu, or click your avatar/username in the header.
Personal Information
Section titled “Personal Information”View Information
Section titled “View Information”- Username: Login name (cannot be changed)
- Email: Email address
- Full Name: Full name
Update Information
Section titled “Update Information”- Edit the editable fields (email, full name)
- Click Save
Change Password
Section titled “Change Password”- Go to the Security section
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters)
- Enter Confirm New Password
- Click Change Password

Section titled “API Documentation”Console provides an API Documentation page for users who want to integrate via API instead of using the web interface.

The interface automatically adjusts to the screen size.
FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions”I forgot my password, what should I do?
Section titled “I forgot my password, what should I do?”Use the Forgot Password feature on the login page. The system will send a password reset link to your email.
My proxy is not working?
Section titled “My proxy is not working?”- Check if your subscription is still active
- Verify that the connection details (IP, port, username, password) are correct
- Try switching the protocol (HTTP ↔ SOCKS5)
- Contact your reseller if the issue persists
My order failed, where is my money?
Section titled “My order failed, where is my money?”Funds are automatically refunded to your wallet when an order fails. Check your wallet history to confirm.
Auto-renew did not succeed?
Section titled “Auto-renew did not succeed?”Check your wallet balance. If there are insufficient funds at renewal time, the subscription will expire. Add funds and purchase a new proxy.
Can I change the proxy country?
Section titled “Can I change the proxy country?”You cannot change the proxy country after purchase. You need to purchase a new proxy with the desired country.
I want to request a refund?
Section titled “I want to request a refund?”Contact your reseller to request a refund. Contact information is typically available on the Console or Landing Page.
