Account Settings

Go to the Account page on the Console menu, or click your avatar/username in the header.

  • Username: Login name (cannot be changed)
  • Email: Email address
  • Full Name: Full name
  1. Edit the editable fields (email, full name)
  2. Click Save
  1. Go to the Security section
  2. Enter your Current Password
  3. Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Enter Confirm New Password
  5. Click Change Password

Console provides an API Documentation page for users who want to integrate via API instead of using the web interface.

Click API Docs on the Console menu.

Use an API key (starting with sk-) for authentication:

Authorization: Bearer sk-your-api-key

Refer to the API Docs page on Console for the full list of available endpoints.

Console is designed to be responsive and works well on:

  • Desktop (PC/Laptop)
  • Tablet
  • Mobile (Smartphone)

The interface automatically adjusts to the screen size.

Use the Forgot Password feature on the login page. The system will send a password reset link to your email.

  1. Check if your subscription is still active
  2. Verify that the connection details (IP, port, username, password) are correct
  3. Try switching the protocol (HTTP ↔ SOCKS5)
  4. Contact your reseller if the issue persists

Funds are automatically refunded to your wallet when an order fails. Check your wallet history to confirm.

Check your wallet balance. If there are insufficient funds at renewal time, the subscription will expire. Add funds and purchase a new proxy.

You cannot change the proxy country after purchase. You need to purchase a new proxy with the desired country.

Contact your reseller to request a refund. Contact information is typically available on the Console or Landing Page.
