User Management

The Users page on Seller Portal allows you to manage all end users who have registered on your Console.

Seller Portal → Users (under the MANAGEMENT section in the sidebar)

The user table displays:

StatusStatus (Active / Banned)

Use the search box to find users by username or email.

Click on a user to view detailed information:

  • User ID
  • Username, Email, Full Name
  • Registration date
  • Current wallet balance
  • Account status

You can add to or subtract from a user’s wallet balance:

  1. Click the Adjust Balance button on the user’s row
  2. Enter the amount:
    • Positive number: Add funds to the wallet (e.g., refund, bonus)
    • Negative number: Deduct funds from the wallet
  3. Confirm the action
  1. Click the Ban button on the user’s row
  2. Confirm in the dialog
  3. A banned user will:
    • Be unable to log in to the Console
    • Be unable to perform transactions
    • Have their current subscriptions remain active until they expire
  1. Click the Unban button on the currently banned user’s row
  2. Confirm → the user can log in normally again
