Reseller Account (My Account)
Section titled “Reseller Account (My Account)”Access
Section titled “Access”Seller Portal → My Account (under the OVERVIEW section in the sidebar)
Balance Management
Section titled “Balance Management”- View current balance displayed clearly on the page
- Top up: Click Top Up Balance → select an amount and payment method
- Top-up history: A table showing all deposit/withdrawal transactions, including date, amount, and status
Telegram Contact
Section titled “Telegram Contact”- Configure your Telegram username to receive support
- Your username will be visible to the NetProxy support team when you need assistance
- This is a required field system-wide
Security
Section titled “Security”Change Password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save
Reseller Levels System

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”The level system is based on your cumulative top-up amount. The more you top up, the higher your level, and the better your discounts.
Displayed Information
Section titled “Displayed Information”- Current level with badge
- Trade Discount — percentage discount on proxy base prices
- Total cumulative top-up amount
- Progress to the next level (progress bar)
Level Timeline
Section titled “Level Timeline”The page displays a complete timeline of all levels:
- Completed: Levels you have already surpassed
- Current Level: Your current level
- Upcoming: Next levels to achieve
Each level shows:
- Level name
- Minimum top-up amount required to reach the level
- Trade discount (%)
Benefits of Higher Levels
Section titled “Benefits of Higher Levels”- Better discounts: Lower proxy purchase prices from providers → higher profit margins
- The higher your level, the greater the gap between the base price and the price you pay
Real-Time Notifications (SSE Notifications)
Section titled “Real-Time Notifications (SSE Notifications)”Seller Portal supports real-time notifications via Server-Sent Events (SSE):
- Automatic notifications when new orders are placed
- Alerts when subscriptions are about to expire
- Order status updates
- System notifications from NetProxy
Notifications appear at the bell icon in the Seller Portal header.
