Order Management

Overview
Section titled “Overview”The orders page displays quick statistics:
- Pending: Orders awaiting processing
- Completed: Completed orders
- Failed: Failed orders
Order List
Section titled “Order List”| Column | Description |

| Order ID | Order identifier |
| User | User who placed the order |
| Items | Proxy details (type, quantity, price) |
| Status | Order status |
| Payment | Payment status |
| Date | Order date |
Order Filters
Section titled “Order Filters”- Status: Pending, Completed, Failed, Partial, Refunded
- Type: Purchase (new purchase), Renewal (renewal)
- User ID: Filter by specific user
- Date range: Select start and end dates
Order Details
Section titled “Order Details”Click on an order to view full details:
- Purchased proxy information (type, country, quantity)
- Price per item and total price
- Payment and processing status
- Order timeline (created → paid → processing → completed)
- Fulfillment information (proxies provisioned)
Order Statuses
Section titled “Order Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting payment or processing |
| Completed | Order completed, proxies provisioned |
| Failed | Failed — automatically refunded |
| Partial | Partially provisioned — remaining portion refunded |
| Refunded | Fully refunded |

- User ID and user information
- Detailed amount
- Payment method used
- Status and timestamp
Subscription Management

Subscription List
Section titled “Subscription List”Displays all user proxy subscriptions:

Subscription Filters
Section titled “Subscription Filters”- Search by Subscription ID or User ID
- Filter by status and proxy type
