Order History
Access
Section titled “Access”Go to the Orders page on the Console menu.
Order List
Section titled “Order List”The table displays all orders you have placed:

| Order ID | Unique order identifier |
| Items | Details of purchased proxies (type, country, quantity) |
| Total | Total order value |
| Status | Order status |
| Date | Order date |
Order Statuses
Section titled “Order Statuses”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting payment or processing |
| Processing | Being processed by the system |
| Completed | Completed — proxies have been provisioned |
| Partial | Partially provisioned — remaining portion has been refunded |
| Failed | Failed — full amount has been refunded |
| Refunded | Refunded |
Order Details
Section titled “Order Details”Click on an order to view its details:
Order Information
Section titled “Order Information”- Order ID
- Creation date
- Overall status
- Coupon code used (if any)
- Total price before/after discount
Item Details
Section titled “Item Details”Each item in the order displays:
- Proxy type
- Country
- Quantity
- Duration
- Price per unit
- Subtotal
- Processing status
Provisioned Proxy Information
Section titled “Provisioned Proxy Information”If the order was successful, you can view the proxy credentials directly in the order details:
- IP Address
- Port
- Username / Password
- Protocol
Search & Filter
Section titled “Search & Filter”- Search by Order ID
- Filter by status: Completed, Pending, Failed, etc.
- Filter by date: Select a date range
