Announcements & Reports

Seller Portal → Announcements (under the MANAGEMENT section in the sidebar)

Send announcements to all of your end users. Announcements will be displayed on the Console when users log in.

  1. Click Create Announcement
  2. Fill in the information:
    • Title: Announcement title
    • Content: Detailed content
    • Status: Active (display immediately) or Inactive (save as draft)
  3. Click Save
  • Edit: Update the title, content, or status
  • Delete: Permanently delete an announcement (with confirmation)
  • Enable/Disable: Toggle between active/inactive status

Each announcement displays interaction metrics from end users:

  • Read: Number of users who have viewed the announcement
  • Dismissed: Number of users who have dismissed the announcement

End users can:

  • Mark individual announcements as read
  • Dismiss individual announcements
  • Mark all as read or dismiss all at once
  • System maintenance notices
  • Special promotions
  • New proxy plan introductions
  • Service policy changes
  • Incidents and status updates

Seller Portal → Reports (under the ADVANCED section in the sidebar)

The reports page provides comprehensive business analytics with 4 report tabs. All reports support filtering by date range.

  • Order count over time
  • Status distribution: Pending, Completed, Failed, Refunded, Partial
  • Trend charts for orders by day/week
  • Helps you understand purchasing trends
  • Total revenue within the selected period
  • Revenue trends by day/week (line chart)
  • Order count related to revenue
  • Revenue by order status
  • Helps you track business performance
  • Total active subscriptions
  • New subscriptions this month
  • Status distribution (active, expiring soon, expired)
  • Churn rate (percentage of users who do not renew)
  • Helps you evaluate customer retention
  • Total registered users
  • New users this month
  • Growth trends of users over time
  • Helps you assess growth velocity
  • Filter by date range: Select start and end dates
  • Visual charts: Line chart, bar chart, pie chart (Recharts)
  • KPI cards: Display key metrics as cards
  • Refresh data: Refresh to get real-time updates

In addition to the detailed Reports page, the Dashboard (Seller Portal home page) provides a quick overview:
